Welcome to 3rr game. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you — the account holder — and the 3rr game platform. They apply to your use of the website at 3rrgame.onl, any associated mobile application, and all services, games and features made available through the platform.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

3rr game reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date at the top. Continuing to use the platform after an update is published means you accept the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

To register and use 3rr game you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults and we do not permit minors to register, deposit or participate in any game or betting activity.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration and keep your account details updated at all times.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement that would prohibit you from using a gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, business or organisation when opening or using an account.

3rr game reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. If you cannot confirm you are 18 or over, your account will be suspended pending verification and any pending withdrawals may be held until the process is complete.

Each person may hold only one active account on 3rr game. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same contact details, same device or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved may be suspended and any balances or pending bonuses may be voided.

When registering, you must provide your real name, a valid email address and a working mobile number. The details you provide must match those on your identity documents. 3rr game may carry out identity verification checks at any time, including before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. Failure to pass verification may result in account restriction until the process is resolved.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. 3rr game cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared or failed to adequately protect your login details.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed
• Account details must be accurate and kept up to date
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

All transactions on 3rr game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions applied at any stage of a deposit or withdrawal. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and other supported mobile wallets as deposit and withdrawal methods.

Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the method used and will be displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. 3rr game reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Once a withdrawal is approved, the funds are sent to your nominated account and processing time is then in the hands of your payment provider.

3rr game offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Every bonus comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps that apply to bonus-derived winnings. These specific conditions are published alongside each promotion.

Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the individual promotion) before a withdrawal becomes eligible.

• Bonuses are for the account holder only and cannot be transferred
• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal
• Bonuses and their associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time limit
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise
• 3rr game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time
• Misuse of bonuses, including attempting to exploit promotional terms through irregular play patterns, may result in bonus cancellation and account review

VIP rewards earned through the loyalty programme are governed by the separate VIP terms published on the VIP page. Points and tier benefits are linked to individual accounts and cannot be shared or transferred.

All bets placed on sports markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — are subject to the rules of the individual sport and the specific market conditions displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 3rr game explicitly offers a cash-out option on that market.

For live in-play betting, odds and market availability can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment you submit a bet are the odds at which your bet will be accepted, provided the bet is confirmed before a market suspension or odds change takes effect. In cases where your bet is submitted simultaneously with a market change, the system will apply the updated odds or void the bet and return the stake to your wallet, at the platform's discretion.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless a cash-out option is available
• 3rr game reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, data feed failures or events that did not take place as scheduled
• Slot, casino and bingo game results are determined by certified random number generation — outcomes cannot be influenced by the player or the platform after a game round begins
• Maximum win limits may apply to specific games and will be shown in the game information section
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches or unintended behaviour in games or betting markets will result in affected bets being voided and the account being reviewed

3rr game is a platform for individual entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and possible reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person to open an account in order to claim multiple bonuses
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets or play games
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain
• Using the platform to launder money or to process funds obtained through illegal activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify or interfere with any part of the platform's software or infrastructure
• Providing false information at registration or during any verification process

3rr game uses automated monitoring tools to detect unusual patterns of play and account behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the platform reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold withdrawals pending investigation and take any other action deemed appropriate in the circumstances.

3rr game takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — a way to enjoy cricket matches, try your luck on slots or spend time in the live casino — not a way to generate income or solve financial problems. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where changes are significant, we may also notify registered account holders by email or by a notification within the platform.
